QRFunnels is currently operated as a sole proprietorship. We use PayPal for payment processing and Wasabi for cloud storage. We intend to incorporate in Wyoming, USA. Upon incorporation, this document will be updated to reflect our new legal status.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you affirm that you are of legal age and competent to agree to these Terms.

All content, software, trademarks, and branding (“Content”) are owned by QRFunnels or its licensors. You may use the Service for your personal or business needs in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our explicit permission.
QR Codes generated using QRFunnels—including landing pages or URLs—are publicly accessible. Do not include sensitive personal data. Deleted dynamic QR codes or accounts may cause short URLs to be reused by others. You assume all risk and liability for content shared via QR Codes.
We accept payments via PayPal. We may update prices and pay methods as needed. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are provided only during the first 15 days of initial purchase. After this, refund requests are evaluated at our discretion. (You can cancel auto-renewal in your account settings.)

You must not misuse the Service, including but not limited to automating actions, infringing rights, or uploading malicious content. Violation may lead to account suspension and legal action.
Content you upload (logos, links, QR destination data) remains yours. By uploading, you grant QRFunnels a global, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We may link to third-party services or integrate with external tools. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Our Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed, our liability will not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold QRFunnels harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or violation of any laws.
By using our Service, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, under Wyoming law, unless otherwise required by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class actions. (This is standard practice for U.S. SaaS firms.)
